Data is a key part of the way our economy works. Data sharing is not new. But data sharing with the user’s consent is new. Various business/enterprises collect data under various
pretexts. There is little or no accountability in the use of the data.

Account Aggregators are intermediaries whose objective is to manage the Consent of the users and act as data access fiduciaries. Sahamati is on a mission to transform people’s data wealth to economic wealth, a first of its kind in the world.

The Account Aggregator is data agnostic. Sahamati will initially focus on the financial services world but intends to then work in other sectors including healthcare and education.

Job Description

Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting daily operations and reporting to the Leads – Operations. The role involves various tasks related to member relationship management, member onboarding, project management for events, issue resolution, dashboard management, and content management. Operations Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operations and provide exceptional support to the ecosystem participants.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the CRM database up to date with information regarding member organizations
  • Maintaining Documentation of all onboarding participants as per the company policies
  • Publishing ecosystem updates and advisories via various communication channels
  • Assisting in generating reports and conducting basic data analysis; preparing routine reports on operational performance or key metrics
  • Ensure publication of MIS/Dashboards to different stakeholders and ecosystem members in a timely manner
  • Raising critical issues to manager or team lead that affects report delivery and client satisfaction
  • Assisting internal and external stakeholders in ensure operations policies and guidelines are met

Key Skills and Traits required

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations and/or customer relationship management in BFSI sector
  • Management degree with specialisation in finance or equivalent
  • Ability to operate Google suite and Zoho suite applications and will be preferred
  • Good communication skills in English, appropriate for formal business communication both via email or telephonic conversations
  • High attention to detail, ability to execute tasks as per the given SLAs
  • Tolerant of ambiguity and comfortable with a start-up setup
