About Sahamati Foundation:
Sahamati is a market-driven, non-profit industry alliance ushering in Open Finance in India through the Account Aggregator (AA) framework. Account Aggregators are the third building block of the India Stack, the country’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), after Aadhaar and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). AAs are consent managers (CMs) that enable secure and seamless sharing of financial data with explicit consumer consent, ensuring data control and privacy.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Member Success Associate. This role is ideal for someone who can manage operational workflows, handle ecosystem partner communication, and support internal documentation processes with a strong understanding of banking and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows and ensure process efficiency
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reporting frameworks
  • Liaise with ecosystem partners and clients to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues
  • Handle external communication professionally, including email, documentation, and meeting coordination
  • Track and update project progress, action items, and process adherence
  • Support data collation and reporting using Excel; generate dashboards and MIS as needed
  • Work with Zoho or similar CRM/project management tools for workflow tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, client servicing, or related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formatting, etc.)
  • Prior exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services processes is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Zoho (CRM, Projects, or Creator) is a strong plus
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused

Preferred Background

  • Experience in banking operations, financial inclusion, fintech, or ecosystem management
  • Exposure to project management tools and cross-functional collaboration
