As per the Account Aggregator Master Directions each Account Aggregator needs to publish the contact information of the grievance redressal officer,

11.3 (a) the name and contact details (Telephone / Mobile nos. as also email address) of the Grievance Redressal Officer who can be approached by the public for resolution of complaints against the company.

As per the Account Aggregator Master Directions, each Account Aggregator is also covered under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 (RBIOS, 2021).

12. NBFCs covered under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 (RBIOS, 2021) shall comply with the directions provided under the said Scheme.

If a complaint is not resolved by the company’s Grievance Redressal Officer within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, through their Complaint Management System (CMS) portal: https://cms.rbi.org.in.
