Sahamati at ODR Forum Event 2023

Sahamati participated in the 22nd International ODR Forum hosted by ODR Agency Agami. The event was held in Bangalore at the Bangalore International Centre on 17th and 18th of March 2023.
The event witnessed over 400 attendees from nearly 20 countries participate in 30 sessions over 2 days. Speaking at the event, Nandan Nilekani said “India is using several DPIs – Aadhaar, Vaccine certificate, Fastag, UPI, DigiLocker. ODR platforms will play an important role in resolving disputes arising of Multi-party participant ecosystems like ONDC & Account Aggregator”.
Sahamati encourages the participants of the ecosystem to adopt ODR process for effective grievance redressal. As the AA ecosystem scales, billion consents are expected per year, and naturally with scale we can expect disputes which can be resolved through ODR.
