Financial Information Providers (FIPs) grievance resolution speed is measured by the time (in days) taken to fully resolve the citizen’s grievance. Once the FIPs identify the root cause of issue at hand, they respond to the grievances and share their insights and solution at hand. Sometimes, resolution might take longer when the FIPs require changes to the FIP module.

Our support team has mapped the days taken on all closed grievances and presented the following chart:

  • P50 (in days): indicates that 50% of all grievances that were closed, took longer than this time for resolution by the FIP
  • P90 (in days): indicates that 90% all grievances that were closed, took longer than this time for resolution by the FIP
