Financial Information Providers grievance handling capacity is indicated by the status of the resolution process.
The Capacity Chart shows the composition of the status of grievances for each FIP:
- Participants notified – Grievances that have been notified to the FIPs for which Sahamati Support Team is yet receive first response
- Pending Resolution – Grievances for which FIPs have responded but are yet to provide a final solution
- Closed – Grievances for which FIPs have provided resolution
