Account Aggregator Framework – FIPs Grievance Handling Capacity

Financial Information Providers grievance handling capacity is indicated by the status of the resolution process.

The Capacity Chart shows the composition of the status of grievances for each FIP:

  • Participants notified – Grievances that have been notified to the FIPs for which Sahamati Support Team is yet receive first response
  • Pending Resolution – Grievances for which FIPs have responded but are yet to provide a final solution
  • Closed – Grievances for which FIPs have provided resolution
