The Sahamati Membership Terms establish a common legal and contractual framework of obligations on all Sahamati Members (regulated entities) in relation to their participation in the AA ecosystem. In addition, they also form the basis for members’ access to the various technical services offered by Sahamati.
The Sahamati Membership Policies codify the common obligations of Sahamati Members based on their role in the AA ecosystem i.e. as FIUs, AAs and/or FIPs.
The Inter-Member Dispute Resolution Rules lay out the grievance/ dispute resolution framework for such grievances/ disputes arising between Sahamati members in relation to their participation in the AA ecosystem.
The Sahamati Membership Suspension, Expulsion and Re-admission Rules prescribe the procedures applicable to all suspension and/ or expulsion proceedings in respect of Sahamati members.
The Sahamati Certification Guidelines lay down the certification framework for Sahamati members, including the requirement of certification, validity of certification as well as the triggers warranting re-certification. They also cover the ‘intermediate certification’ framework for Sahamati associate members (technology service providers).
