This Dashboard demonstrates a bird’s eye view of the health of all live FIPs in the ecosystem. The page demonstrates the following parameters:

Typical Discovery Response: This parameter tracks the time it takes for a new user to discover his/her accounts in the particular FIP. The goal of this parameter is to evaluate the quality of user experience at their first interaction with the AA ecosystem. As a measure of good health, the value of this parameter should be less than 5000 milliseconds

Worst-Case Discovery Response: Since there are scenarios where the AA network receives high traffic, the goal of this parameter is to indicate what is the highest time it takes for a user to discover his/her accounts. As a measure of good health, the value of this parameter should be less than 10000 milliseconds

Discovery Success Probability: This parameter uses health signals from multiple AAs to estimate the probability of the discovery process being a success based on API uptimes and number of failed requests made by AAs to FIPs. As a measure of good health, the value of this parameter should be more than 85%

Typical Missed Notifications: This parameter evaluates the percentage of times the FIP systems fail to notify AAs of the Financial Information requests. This means that FIPs fail to notify AAs that they have received a request to prepare financial information for a citizen who has consented to this financial information being shared. As a measure of good health, the value of this parameter should be less than 5%.

Typical Data Fetch Failure Rate: Typical Data Fetch Failure Rate: This parameter indicates the number of times an FIP has failed to prepare the data sought in the data fetch requests initiated by an AA on behalf of the FIU and the citizen. Data fetch failures are indicated by the FIP as part of the notification it sends to the AA. Hence, this is separate from the other failure-scenario of ithe FIP missing to send a notification altogether, as explained above. As a measure of good health, the value of this parameter should be less than 5%.
