Account Aggregator Ecosystem Workshop in Bengaluru!
Sahamati hosted its third roadshow on Account Aggregator (AA) Ecosystem in Bengaluru on August 6, 2024. This engaging event brought together over 45 organizations with 70+ attendees, across NBFCs, banks, LSPs, stockbrokers, RIAs, and TSPs.
A Platform for In-Depth Exploration and Engagement
The Bengaluru workshop provided a dynamic platform for an in-depth exploration of the Account Aggregator (AA) ecosystem. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in discussions on the current adoption status and gain insights into the evolving landscape of AAs. Practical demonstrations by Account Aggregators, including Setu, Anumati and Finvu, showcased various use cases, such as lending, insurance, Personal Finance Management (PFM), and assisted journeys, highlighting the versatility and potential of the AA framework.
Technical Roadmap and Fair Use System
One of the key highlights of the workshop was a detailed presentation of the technical roadmap aimed at achieving interoperability and scalability to support 100 million consents. This session provided a clear vision of the future growth and expansion of the AA ecosystem, emphasizing the importance of building a unified source of truth.
Additionally, a dedicated session focused on the fair use system, consent templates, and the code of conduct. This discussion advocates the use of shared community resources, ensuring that all participants adhere to best practices and ethical standards.
The workshop also highlighted best practices to optimize the AA journey and enhance success rates. This session provided attendees with practical insights and actionable strategies to reduce drop-off rates. By implementing these best practices, organizations can improve user experiences, streamline processes, and achieve greater efficiency in their AA operations.
