  2. Token API;
  3. Support Application; 
  4. SAANS Dashboard; and
  5. Other general services, including the website www.sahamati.org.in 

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is used to inform individuals regarding Sahamati’s practices in relation to the processing of any personal data.

Governance Consultations / Committees / User Councils 
Contact and Identification DataWe may require provision of certain personal data, including but not limited to your name, designation, corporate email ID and contact number.Such personal data will be used to contact or identify you for the following purposes:
1. To contact you in relation to the topics of discussion in relevant committees, use case councils etc.; 
2. To onboard you on any third party service providers of Sahamati for voting and other feedback collection platform(s).
Sahamati’s General Activities
Contact and Identification DataWe may collect certain personal data, including but not limited to your name, designation, their corporate email ID and contact number.Such personal data will be used to contact or identify you for the following purposes:
1. To contact you in relation to our workshops, events, or other initiatives; 
2. To register you for our workshops, events, or other initiatives; and
3. To contact you in relation to our Services.
Device and Usage DataWe may collect data regarding your device, such as your IP address and browser type, and regarding your usage of our websites and Services.Such personal data will be used for the following purposes:
1. To improve our Services;
2. To understand user behaviour and preferences; and 
3. To personalise your experience with us. 

In addition to the above, any other personal data collected by Sahamati shall be used and treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

3 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. We may collect, compile, and share such personal data in order to render the Services. This may include but not be limited to third-party service providers, storage providers, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, and auditors. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  1. We may share personal data if required by law, any competent court, regulator, government or its agency, to disclose such information. Such disclosures are made in good faith and belief that it is reasonably necessary to do so for enforcing this Privacy Policy or in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

As a part of providing the Services, personal data provided to Sahamati may be transferred to and stored in countries other than India. This may happen if any of Sahamati’s servers or service providers are located in another country at any point.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect all personal data from unauthorised access and follow relevant technology standards prescribed by applicable law.
