Role Overview
Sahamati’s support portal is the ecosystem’s designated channel for resolving disputes between Regulated Entities (RE) — AAs, FIPs, and FIUs. The vision is straightforward: REs should be able to raise, track, and close inter-RE issues with minimal intervention from Sahamati. As Member Success Associate, you are responsible for making that vision real. You will own RE relationships on ecosystem issues, drive portal adoption with Sahamati Members, and serve as the escalation layer when disputes need a sharper eye. This is a role for someone who understands how the AA framework works in practice — not in theory — and can operate with authority across relationship management, product ownership, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Own the RE relationship on ecosystem issues — and be the last resort, not the first call.
You will build and maintain Sahamati’s relationships with member REs specifically around ecosystem issues and dispute resolution. Your goal is an ecosystem where REs resolve disputes through the portal on their own — and that only happens if they trust it. You will drive portal adoption through member sessions, and proactive engagement, particularly with FIPs where participation in dispute resolution is critical to ecosystem health. When the portal hasn’t resolved an issue, you step in — but with a diagnostic lens. You need to understand AA API workflows well enough to form an independent view of what went wrong, not just facilitate a conversation between parties.
Own the support portal as a product — and make it better every quarter.
You are the product owner of Sahamati’s support portal. Your experience handling escalations and working with REs gives you a ground-level view of where the portal falls short — and it is your responsibility to turn that into a feature roadmap. You will work with the Sahamati tech team to prioritise and drive enhancements, with the bar being simple: better workflows, fewer escalations, more disputes resolved within the ecosystem. You will also own internal reporting to Sahamati’s leadership, giving them a clear and honest picture of ecosystem health — adoption trends, dispute patterns, and where friction remains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have 8–10 years in fintech or financial services, and you’ve spent a meaningful part of that time working directly with external partners — not just internally. You’re technically fluent enough to read an API and form a view, and senior enough to know when to escalate and when to hold the line.
- Deep familiarity with AA API workflows and consent-based data sharing — you can diagnose an inter-RE dispute, not just describe it.
- Experience in partner or ecosystem-facing roles where you’ve owned relationships, not just managed them.
- Exposure to product ownership, BRD writing, or SDLC — you’ve shaped tools, not just used them.
- Understanding of financial domain use cases (lending, wealth, insurance) relevant to the AA ecosystem.
- Prior exposure to Zoho Creator or a comparable support platform is a plus, as is direct experience with the AA framework or ReBIT specifications.
