Sahamati Support Portal Session #7 - Monthly Update and New Portal Design discussion
Sahamati Support team hosted its 7th monthly meeting on Sahamati Support Portal for all Live Participants. Event was attended by participants from across sectors. The event highlighted the change in the grievances reported and ticket handled by Support teams of FIPs.
Sahamati team presented the changes to Saans – API Health dashboard for the benefit of live participants, mainly the FIPs who wanted to track the service availability of their APIs.
Further, Sahamati team discussed the upcoming Support Portal v2.0, that will support Respondents interface as well as allow TSPs to raise and respond to tickets on behalf of their clients.
