AA SLA Working Group Meeting

Sahamati hosted the concluding session of its 6-session AA SLA Working Group meetings on 23rd March 2023. The Working Group included nominees from SBI, AU Small Finance Bank, Federal Bank, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of India, and Punjab and Sind Bank.
The Group deliberated on the following key SLAs and finalized revisions to the Draft AA SLAs:
- Performance SLAs
- Service uptime of FIP APIs SLA
- Measurement of service success rate
- Response time SLAs
- Issue Resolution SLAs
- Communication SLAs
The Draft SLAs version 0.9.1 is available here. We will open it up for consultation from ecosystem during the month of April 2023. Watch this space for more updates!
