In the MoRD/NABARD Workshop the Consent Template CT046 was finalised to enhance transparency in data sharing with government agencies, ensuring beneficiaries understand its purpose while also enabling the assessment of government schemes’ efficacy and impact.

Existing consent templates may also be revised based on statutory and regulatory guidance, including the DPDP Act and the Rules issued thereunder.
