Join as a Regulated
Entity (RE) Member!
Eligibility to become an RE Member of Sahamati
- You are registered with and regulated by any Financial Service Regulator viz: RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA or Department of Revenue
- You are either an Account Aggregator or eligible to be a FIU/FIP as per the
Non-Banking Financial Company – Account Aggregator (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016 - You have a use case aligned with your license charter
- You are ‘Live’ or ‘Ready to go Live’ in AA production environment
- You have obtained certification for your APIs implemented for the AA framework, as per the Sahamati Certification Guidelines. Learn more about certification here.
RE Membership Process
You will be required to submit to Sahamati, the following documents
- A valid certificate of registration issued by a financial sector regulator
- A duly executed copy of the Sahamati Membership Terms
- A copy of the authorisation document in favour of the signatory
- Proof of certification as per Sahamati Certification Guidelines
